  1. 1. One way to promote moral and prosocial development is to encourage students to participate in service projects.

    2. Friendships: Usually similar in age and gender, they typically have an emotional investment in the relationship.
    Larger Social Groups: 3 to 10 individuals, provides social interaction.
    Gangs: Initiation rights, distinguishable colors and symbols, and feuds with one or more rival groups.
